I used this firm back a few years ago now and I will never forget the unethical treatment I received. Prior to my arrival in the office, I overheard Mr. Mircheff raising his voice to a previous client. I went back to my real estate agent and informed them of his lack of ethics with my visit as well as the previous client before me. Needless to say, they were pleased to pull their cards off the shelves of their real estate office desk as well as my mortgage company. AVOID at all costs....
